Sevocity customizes our solutions for your practice or clinic and your providers. We also teach you how to continue to customize your system as your needs evolve and change.
As part of Start-up, we review your workflow and existing documents. We then work with you and your designated project team to set up our solutions to minimize change yet maximize efficiency. There is no one way to set up or implement Sevocity solutions. We build an implementation plan with you that is based on your goals, timeline and unique characteristics. Our implementation experts have clinical experience so they know the challenges you face. Our experience enables us to guide you through an implementation process that we know will work.
Web-based training and start-up is included in our Start-up fee. Onsite training is available but not required. Sevocity solutions are so easy to learn that we are able to train and implement most practices and clinics over the Internet.
